About The Position

Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and resolving issues related to their accounts.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
