Primary FunctionAs part of the customer assurance staff, participates in all supportive business functions necessary to maintain timely customer assurance. Build and foster customer relations for all customers (internal/external) by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, policies and programs. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days and then is elgible for a Hybrd schedule - 3 days onsite/2 days remote Hours of coverage- 7a-5pm- shift will be 40 hours a week ( 8a-5p, or 7a-3:30pm) Some OT hours may be required at busier times of the year
