About The Position

Job Description: Primary Responsibilities: Proactive daily communication with the customer, production and shipping to ensure on-time delivery of product and problem resolution. Handling Payments and Invoicing – Process payments, provide detailed invoices, and manage any billing discrepancies. Maintaining Customer Records – Update customer files, and related documentation for future reference. Process hardcopies of purchase orders. Develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers. Utilization of various reports to manage customer requirements. Maintain accurate customer data. Drive success in customer KPI/scorecard metrics Maintain current knowledge and understanding of customer specific requirements and systems. Knowledge and understanding of the internal ERP system to sufficiently complete required tasks. Reconciliation of discrepancies with manufacturing cells. Coordinate expedited shipments per customer request. Strong multitasking skills. Other tasks and duties as assigned Experience: 2+ years Administrative/Manufacturing degree or equivalent education and/or experience Minimum 1+ years in customer service, related to a manufacturing environment or related field Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers Detail-oriented with proven organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications. Strong work ethic, reliable, able to work independently and in a team environment and self-motivated. Flexibility and willingness to change daily responsibilities. Requirements

  • 2+ years Administrative/Manufacturing degree or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Minimum 1+ years in customer service, related to a manufacturing environment or related field
