About The Position

Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and in-hospital care updates, ensuring seamless communication between clients and clinical staff Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing while answering client questions about services and fees Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and assistants to ensure a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment

Responsibilities
