About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be an essential part of our customer support team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You will handle various administrative and operational tasks, providing valuable assistance to ensure smooth customer interactions. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

- Update customer information in the database.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
