Support Repair Services Department in a warehouse-like environment Assist with order conversion (quotes with purchase orders to repair orders) Process delivery orders (D/Os) in ERP system Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and documentation Manage inventory: stock checks, cycle counts, and parts tracking Coordinate with repair team to ensure accurate and timely order completion Respond to customer inquiries (phone/email) regarding order status and availability Prepare and send customer quotes as needed Collaborate with Quality, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with special projects and other departmental duties as assigned
