The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Specialist is responsible for maintaining and increasing customer loyalty by delivering customer satisfaction by coordinating delivery of the right product, in the right package, with the right documentation, at the right time, in the right place, including domestic and export orders. The CSR plays a vital role in focusing our organization on the needs of our customers. In this role you'll make an impact by: Managing established Novonesis Customers including updating customer master info in SAP, maintaining NZ Market set up. Processing new customer orders. Managing all open sales orders including communicating changes or delays to customers and processing rush orders. Serving as “point person” for Field Sales on customer issues. Conducting new customer onboarding. Handling complaints and problem solving. Contributing ideas for improvement for current procedures and systems.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Science or Business preferred, with a minimum of one-year relevant experience. May consider an associate degree plus three (3) years customer service or five (5) years of customer service experience in a technical company with no degree.
  • Ability to master Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Salesforce) software, Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, telephone, and virtual.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Visual acuity, motor skills and manual dexterity to perform key responsibilities of job.
  • Willing to travel as needed for team events, as well as customer visits.
