The Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position, as communication with Spanish-speaking customers is an essential part of the role.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish at professional and fluent working proficiency
  • Possess a high attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt and work with advancing and changing technology
  • Understanding of customer service, product warranty claims, seasonal business nature, knowledge of outdoor summer product lines
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience with independent sales force
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers for issuing warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests in Spanish and English
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Execute customer service strategy developed by Customer Service leadership to meet customer expectations and department metrics and goals
