About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative - Service Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer Invoice inquiries via phone and email. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Sales force FSM/CRM experience a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with service billing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform daily service billing through AEG’s ERP system.
  • Review daily completed and started work orders with coordinators to ensure timely billing of work orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify and escalate invoicing issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
