The Boelter Companies is seeking a Super Store Associate to provide knowledgeable consultation to both commercial and residential customers across in-store, phone, and virtual channels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting general showroom operations. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate our core values by working collaboratively, showing passion and resilience, acting with integrity, supporting reliable and efficient processes, celebrating successes, and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the foodservice industry.
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications; experience with SAP or point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with equipment and supplies used in restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with foodservice equipment and supply needs, including professional chefs, business owners, and home cooks.
  • Process in-store transactions and phone-in orders.
  • Create quotes and place special orders for non-stock merchandise and equipment, including timely follow-up.
  • Support inventory monitoring, merchandising, and overall store presentation and recovery.
