Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident explaining products and services to customers
Comfortable multitasking in a call-center-style environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid Virginia Driver’s License
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email
Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups with professionalism
Schedule services, answer questions about pricing and treatments, and resolve concerns
Upsell and cross-sell services using consultative sales techniques
Maintain and update accurate customer records
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows and special events
Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and data entering with precision
