Customer Service Representative - Medicaid

About The Position

Our health insurance client is hiring to support their ramp for open enrollment. This line will be specifically taking Medicare calls. They will be speaking with a more elderly population and so empathy and patience is key. They will help them walk through their Medicaid benefits and answer any questions they may have. Calls will be all inbound, typically between 50 and 70 a day. 70 would be on the absolute high end and not the norm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • 2+ years as a health insurance / medica call center rep
