As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for meeting customers’ requirements by completely and correctly communicating their needs. They will also ensure order processes are supported with accuracy, speed, and efficiency. What you’ll do Work with the Customer Service team on specific order support projects Organizing and dispersing customer inquiries Ensure order specific requirements are promptly communicated to appropriate departments Prepare and provide documents based on customer requests. Ensure orders are correct and up to date Identify improvement opportunities and participate in establishing the department's performance metrics and CI programs
