WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE? This is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm . As our Customer Service Representative - Install Coordinator, you'll answer all incoming phone calls with professionalism and ease. As the day unfolds, you'll create AOR projects, coordinate technician schedules, set up new customers, and keep every detail aligned so our installation process runs seamlessly.
