Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales
About The Position
Penn Stainless Products is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales to join our team! We are an established, rapidly growing specialty metal distributor that services manufactures across Western Pa and Eastern Ohio. You do not need a metals or manufacturing background to apply for this position. Responsibilities include fielding customer calls, answering sales related questions from customers, entering sales quotes, purchase orders, and other various customer service-oriented functions. Requirements
- Ability to enter quotations into company software system
- Strong Communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work with existing accounts and coordinate with our outside sales team.
- Enjoys fast paced environment.
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3 Years of customer service, sales or administrative support
