About The Position

The Customer Service Rep II ensures customer orders are processed and fulfilled on time. You’ll work closely with other customer service team members to confirm processes and procedures and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. What makes a great Customer Service Rep? Requirements

  • One (1) to three (3) months of related customer service experience and/or training.
  • At least two (2) years of experience using computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with customers at established accounts.
  • Help streamline communication and workflow from customers to Program and Account Managers, sales, fulfillment, and shipping teams.
  • Gather job-specific information to ensure fulfillment order accuracy.
  • Evaluate the best solution to meet the customer’s delivery needs based on quality, timeliness, and affordability.
  • Consult with Program and Account Managers and the Customer Service Lead on any special requirements for customers.
  • Communicate any scheduling or production problems, concerns, or changes with the fulfillment and shipping staff.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and fulfillment staff.
  • Attend departmental and customer meetings.
  • Enter phone and manual orders into the fulfillment system.
  • Distribute all necessary paperwork and reports to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate any mid-stream fulfillment order changes with the fulfillment and shipping teams and update the fulfillment system.
  • Create and maintain any custom shipping requirements needed for specific accounts.
  • Communicate the needs of the fulfillment and shipping staff to effectively ship the orders.
  • Assist fulfillment and other teams with special customer requests and projects as needed.
