About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative II you would support our contact center as a subject matter expert to our dedicated team members, helping us elevate our patient care to new heights. In this crucial role, you are assisting patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy. You’ll make a difference in our patients’ lives by assisting them in their dreams to start a family.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with reading prescriptions and scheduling patient deliveries
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of benefits/insurance plans preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients by phone; accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance and payment information; provide price quotes, order status, and non-clinical case updates
  • Assist team members in providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
  • Assisting Leads and Supervisors in managing work flow and quality
