We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support our Annuity Services team in either our League City, Texas, or Springfield, Missouri office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience (insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service preferred)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, process payments, and update account details with accuracy and care
• Provide clear, compliant information to authorized parties
• Manage applications, payment plans, and policy reinstatements
• Use multiple systems to resolve inquiries and support special projects
