Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in the Bank’s success by assisting customers with their banking needs by detecting customer cues, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate customer service. Our Customer Service Representatives maintain knowledge of our products and services to ensure our customer’s needs are met. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you! This is a Full-Time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.
