Sentara Martha Jefferson PJPV is currently seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for all areas of customer service, specifically researching and resolving telephone inquiries from members or patients. The primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues. Additionally, the representative will assist with patient service needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, and patient scheduling. Although this is a remote position, candidates must reside in the Charlottesville area and be able to travel on-site if connectivity issues arise. Standard working hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
