This is a sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all sales colleagues and customers. As a CSR (customer sales representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. This colleague plays a vital role in supporting customer needs and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing tailored product or service recommendations specific to the specialty sales sector. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Training and development opportunities are provided to help representatives build the necessary skills for long-term success in the organization.
