About The Position

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE. THIS POSITION OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO UTILIZE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PHONE ETIQUETTE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTISE TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM OF 1-YEAR INBOUND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A RELATED FIELD PREFERRED.
  • EXCELLENT PHONE ETIQUETTE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO ANALYZE CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PROVIDE SUITABLE SOLUTIONS.
  • PROFICIENCY IN DATA ENTRY AND USING CRM SYSTEMS PREFERRED.
  • STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.

Nice To Haves

  • BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

  • ANSWER CUSTOMER INQUIRIES REGARDING EXTENDED WARRANTY AND GAP COVERAGE IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER
  • ASSIST CONTRACT HOLDERS AND REPAIR FACILITIES WITH QUESTIONS ON CLAIMS ADJUDICATION AND PAYMENTS
  • PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT TO THE AUDITING AND CLAIMS DEPARTMENT
  • INITIATE GAP CLAIMS
  • DATA ENTRY FOR NEW CONTRACTS
  • SUPPORT ALL FUNCTIONS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS NEEDED
  • ASSISTING WITH SPECIAL PROJECTS AS NEEDED
  • ASSISTING OTHER DEPARTMENTS WHEN NECESSARY
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL
