About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support furniture warranty services. This role involves coordinating with service technicians and customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of call center experience (inbound or outbound).
  • Strong data entry and order processing skills (20–30% of role).
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and multitasking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • High-speed internet and ability to hardwire modem to company-provided phone.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, dispatching, or claims.
  • Associate degree.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, complete forms, and determine claim status per guidelines.
  • Dispatch and schedule service requests for technicians; process work orders and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with technicians and business partners.
  • Source and onboard new technicians; provide feedback and coaching.
  • Act as liaison for business-to-business accounts; meet service-level agreements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on claims, and close cases accurately.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
