About The Position

We are seeking an ambitious Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our acclaimed team. Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client services, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present information confidently
• Self-motivated, driven personality
• Ability to reliably commute to our office location and meet with clients
• Proficient computer skills to be able to work a tablet and have an advantage with wireless products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between our clients and their customers by directly promoting wireless products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening, understanding their needs, and providing comprehensive responses to any inquiries
• Quote sales contracts and close deals on behalf of our clients, ensuring that all terms are accurately documented and compliance standards are met
• Collaborate with fellow Managers and team members to conduct an in-depth analysis of wireless services while identifying market trends or competitor activities
• Participate in client-provided training classes to stay up-to-date on current products, services, upgrades, and promotions
• Plan and execute our clients' promotional wireless services by creating brand awareness among customers
• Report customer feedback to management and clients, and identify areas for improvement
