About The Position

Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing is part of the nation's leading providers of plumbing and heating/air conditioning and we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
  • One or more years as a dispatcher/scheduler
  • Ability to work a full-time Monday – Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. schedule at the office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to meet and exceed expectations
  • A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
  • Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the local geographic territory
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service technicians are dispatched efficiently and customer needs are met promptly
  • Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
  • Manage call flow from our service platform, coordinate scheduling, and guide field teams throughout the day
  • Enter customer data into the computer
  • Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements
  • Perform outbound calls to offer customers solutions and services
