Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or call center experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, or CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in for HVAC service or maintenance.
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Enter customer information and service details accurately into the system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience that reflects Bullman’s reputation for quality and care.
