Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or call center experience preferred).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, or CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in for HVAC service or maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Communicate clearly with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure timely service delivery.
- Enter customer information and service details accurately into the system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Provide an excellent customer experience that reflects Bullman’s reputation for quality and care.
