Vantage Aviation at the Allegheny County Airport is a 7-day per week operation and is looking for team members who are excited to work in Aviation and can deliver world-class customer service to our clients. Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers. This includes a variety of duties that are essential to the success of the fixed base operation (FBO). Our priority is unmatched customer service; however, our CSRs daily tasks involve computer usage, radio communications and a high level of focus in a busy and exciting setting. We are looking to fill a Full-Time position (40 hours per week) Monday thru Friday with weekend shift(s), night shift(s), and Holiday shift(s) depending on availability and scheduling needs with the Department.
