About The Position

As a Content Moderation Rater at TaskUs, you will be the first point of contact for customers, owning and solving their issues from start to finish. This role requires full concentration and a commitment to delivering fast, customized solutions to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email. You will assist the community by resolving inquiries empathetically and accurately, while also becoming knowledgeable about products and community standards. The position is based on-site at the New Braunfels, TX location.

Requirements

  • Impeccable communication and writing skills.
  • General curiosity about how and why things work.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts.
  • Ability to empathize with users and convey confidence through written interactions.
  • Well-versed in chat and email etiquette, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required.
  • High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, spelling, speaking).
  • 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent.
