About The Position

Perform computer and customer service-related duties in an office setting. Typical duties may include but are not limited to typing, filing, answering telephones, customer service, scheduling appointments, and Microsoft Office experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Transportation & Parking office staff and the Housing & Residential Engagement office staff with a variety of duties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers through a variety of channels including in-person, phone, email, chat and text
  • Operating department specific equipment and software programs
  • Helping the professional staff with projects as assigned
  • Running assigned errands on campus.
  • Will perform other related duties as assigned.
