Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards in handling BOR requests and inquiries from agents and brokers regarding Chubb personal lines policies.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance and Chubb products to process special change endorsements, policy rewrites, cancellations, pre-renewals, and manual rewrites with accuracy.
  • Efficiently and professionally resolve agent inquiries, demonstrating technical proficiency, ownership, and timeliness.
  • Analyze complex information to make informed decisions and solve problems, ensuring a superior experience for all stakeholders.
  • Navigate and integrate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve agent requests and inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners, utilizing functional expertise to address complex client needs.
  • Maintain high productivity, service, and quality standards within a dynamic environment by applying best practices and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners, providing guidance and sharing expertise.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex policy changes and escalated agent inquiries, offering technical guidance and support.
  • Act as a liaison between underwriting, Operations, and other departments to resolve complex cases, ensuring swift and coordinated solutions through technical leadership.
  • Flexibility to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.
