About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver professional, high-quality support to customers regarding account inquiries, toll tag fulfillment, and standard violation resolution. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will build rapport with customers, accurately process account updates and payments, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and service offerings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer service experience required (call center or financial services experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases).
  • Keyboarding skills of at least 30 WPM and 10-key proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding account activity, toll tag orders, and violation resolution.
  • Process payments while maintaining strict compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
  • Meet established qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, including call quality and productivity targets.
  • Reconcile daily payments and prepare required end-of-day documentation and reports.
  • Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and service updates and implement changes as directed.
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and accurate customer service in all interactions.
