About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in purchasing automotive valves, providing expert guidance and support to ensure they make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service, preferably within the valve sector.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive valves, including types, applications, and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using customer management software and MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive valves and related products.
  • Provide detailed product information, recommendations, and advice based on customer needs.
  • Process orders and manage transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
