About The Position

We're seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them schedule service appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from their initial call through to their visit.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our services
Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system
Provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers can expect
Handle appointment changes and cancellations professionally
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
