We are excited to welcome a Customer Service Representative to join our Accounting Team. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual looking to develop and grow their accounting knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with hundreds of independent insurance brokers and agents across the United States. You will be the first point of contact for accounting related questions, with the goal of creating an exceptional customer experience. You will play a critical role in being part of the team that resolves and reconciles regular inbound inquiries via email and phone. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and be part of both the Commercial Insurance industry and the Accounting/Finance field. ABOUT YOU You are a curious, habitual learner.
