About The Position

To perform a wide variety of administrative support functions, while maintaining strict confidentiality in a testing environment. This position provides excellent customer service to all constituents and will work in the Prometric Test Center. Some evening and Saturday hours may be required. This is a Limited Service Appointment.
This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.

Requirements

• Questioning customers to obtain detailed information in a business setting.
• Explaining policies, procedures, or rules.
• Independently handling complaints and upset individuals in a business setting.
• Answering a business telephone using knowledge of business telephone procedures and etiquette.
• Reviewing documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Accessing data using a computerized records system.
• Experience performing several tasks simultaneously while having continual interruptions.
• Involve dealing with hostile or angry individuals.
• Require sufficient speech and hearing acuity to perform customer service work.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to clients and testers at all times.
• Provide precise testing procedures to testing candidate.
• Ensure that exam integrity is maintained.
• Opening/Closing procedures in testing center.
• Proctoring various exams.
• Troubleshooting computer issues.
• Adhere to ISU and Prometric security procedures and protocols.
• Assist with scheduling.
• Ensure a safe and secure test environment.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist Testing Coordinator as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
