Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Answering emails & phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Listening to voicemails and responding promptly
  • Keeping detailed client records & notes
  • Processing payments over the phone
  • Entering new client information
  • Ensure every customer experience is a great one
