Job Summary: Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs timely entering of orders and customer inquiries and needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as the GSFG CSR interacts with every facet of the company internally as well as our customer base. Because of the dynamic nature of the trading and feed manufacturing business, attention to detail is crucial.
