Position Summary The primary function of a customer service representative is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers and employees. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training on product knowledge of building materials for the drywall industry will be provided. Duties & Responsibilities Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications. Greet customers and determine problems, orders, or reasons for calling. Identify when to route questions to sales staff. Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone. Use company computer systems for order entry. Complete sales orders and tender cash sales. Develop product knowledge to assist customers. Maintain a clean and properly stocked showroom.
