About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Manteno, United States location. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in our customer service software
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
  • Provide suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
