About The Position

Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated Dominos franchise. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders (including returns and exchanges). The role involves coordinating with other departments, providing detailed product information, and meticulously documenting all customer interactions within a CRM system. You will be expected to identify complex issues and escalate them to management when necessary. The position also includes participating in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas to improve customer service, and consistently meeting performance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The company's mission is to serve the community with fresh, fast, and hot products.
