MTM Transit looking for a Full Time, In-Office Transit Navigator (a/k/a “Customer Service Rep) to join our team in Boston, MA. The Transit Navigator will work closely with the location leadership to provide clerical and administrative support. Duties may include, but not limited to, phone calls (both outgoing and incoming calls), general clerical tasks, customer support and data entry.
