About The Position

Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated franchise dedicated to serving its community with fresh, fast, and hot products. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the friendly face and voice of the company, responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute to team goals, and maintain high-quality service standards.
