Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role involves handling front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information. The representative will also facilitate member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed, and help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
