About The Position

A Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers while taking orders. They are the first impression of the company and play a key role in customer satisfaction. CSRs are expected to uphold the brand image, make perfect products, and multitask in a competitive, fun, and fast-paced work environment. The company emphasizes internal advancement, with many team members starting as CSRs and moving into management or even becoming franchise owners.
