About The Position

The Customer Service Representative role at Glidewell involves participating in a comprehensive training program that covers various aspects of customer service, including company history, communication techniques, and product knowledge. The representative will engage in instructor-led training sessions and complete e-learning modules focused on dental terminology and morphology. The role also includes practical applications of training through mock calls and assessments to evaluate comprehension. Additionally, the representative will participate in call center and production tours and perform other related duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service and/or call center.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dental assistant (DA) or registered dental assistant (RDA) experience.
  • Previous certified dental technician (CDT) or dental technician experience.

Responsibilities

  • Completes and participates in all customer service training program curriculum and activities.
  • Attends and actively participates in instructor led trainings (ILTs) on various topics.
  • Completes e-learning modules on topics related to dental terminology and morphology.
  • Completes and participates in mock calls applying information from trainings.
  • Incorporates feedback from training activities to improve performance.
  • Completes assessments for evaluation of training curriculum comprehension.
  • Participates in call center and production tours.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require.

Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour with a monthly bonus of up to $400.
