The Customer Service Rep - Tech Products (Seasonal, Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position primarily receives inbound calls from customers requesting assistance with their accounts/purchases on their devices. Calls range from assisting with account information or billing questions, educating customers on purchasing information, or processing refunds.
