BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (5276) Performs varying degrees of clerical functions, from intermediate to fairly sophisticated, which require typing skills and the use of office equipment, personal computers, and business software systems. Customer interaction requires the use of fluent bilingual (Spanish) speaking skills and extensive customer service skills with a significant degree of decision-making authority. Employees in this classification work on designated shifts as needed. New hires will be offered bilingual positions with the understanding that they must pass the exam before they start work. If they do not pass the bilingual exam, their job offer will be retracted. These employees shall receive a $.40 per hour increase over regular CSR wages. The number of Bilingual Customer Service Representative positions shall not exceed the rate of one (1) Bilingual Customer Service Representative to four (4) Customer Service Representatives.
