The Customer Service Planner plays a critical role in coordinating and executing project activities to ensure successful equipment installations and removals. This position is responsible for managing project schedules, arranging logistics such as trucking and crane services, and ensuring timely equipment delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, architects, engineers, suppliers, and customers. The Customer Service Planner also prepares and reviews CAD drawings, maintains accuracy in construction plans, and utilizes internal systems such as JDE and Initial Impressions to support project execution. This is an on‑site role based in Huntsville, AL, with up to 25% domestic travel.
