About The Position

AO Globe Life is actively hiring qualified professionals to support veterans and their families in understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs. This mission-driven, fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, professional growth, and the ability to continue serving others in a meaningful way. Clients request information about available benefits, and you will schedule and conduct virtual consultations. There is no cold calling or unsolicited prospecting.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam

• Strong virtual communication and rapport-building skills

• Comfortable using Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
• Clearly and compassionately explain available life, accident, and health benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support as needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant digital records and timely follow-up communication
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops
