Customer Service/Order Scheduler
About The Position
Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm. Times may need to be adjusted to successfully perform the job. $25/hour Duties and Responsibilities: Report to the Customer Service Manager. Input customer orders. Resolve customer concerns. Partner with plant Production, Shipping, and Sales for accurate and timely scheduling and delivery. Develop customer relations for continuous improvement opportunities. This facility supplies insulating glass units with innovative functional quality to customers throughout the United States. Requirements
- 2-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Proficient computer skills
